In the background

◐ Close the app instead
A JavaScript program started by another app or by Terminal.
What it is
Node.js runs JavaScript outside a browser. Many developer tools and some apps start it in the background.
If you close it
Whatever started it loses that tool, sometimes mid-task. Stop it from the app or Terminal that started it.
The verdict
◐ Close the app instead. A part of an app. Closing it alone breaks something, so close its app.
